The Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern, in cooperation with the Division of Medical Toxicology, established a clinic that specializes in evaluating and treating pediatric patients with proven and suspected exposure to lead and other heavy metals. Our staff is Board Certified in both Pediatric Medicine and Medical Toxicology, and manages both hospital-based and clinic-based Toxicology service. Adult Toxicology ClinicWhat is it:
The Division of Medical Toxicology at UT Southwestern provides the most evidence based evaluation, testing, and management of patients that had toxic exposures to pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, drugs, and industrial chemicals. Our staff is Board Certified in Medical Toxicology, and manages both hospital-based and clinic-based Toxicology service.
